Our founding

Israel Team comes to the world stage at a unique time in history.

Our non-profit was officially launched in January 2017—a year of great significance. We see 2017 as a year of great significance. Several key anniversaries occur in 2017.

100-year anniversary

The Balfour Declaration

With the Balfour Declaration, the British government declared its support for a Jewish state in the land of Palestine.

70th anniversary

UN Resolution 181

This resolution (for the first time) called for the creation of 2 states in British Mandate Palestine—one for the Jews and one for the Arabs.

50-year anniversary

The Six Day War

Egypt and Jordan attacked Israel in 1967 and as a result, lost the Sinai, West Bank, the Golan Heights, East Jerusalem and Gaza.

These were pivotal events in the life of Israel.  At this point in history, they face a very dangerous world—a world that is increasingly fed a distorted reality about Israel and the Jewish people. Distortions that threaten their very existence. Our mission, beginning in 2017, is to help heal those distortions and bring a generation into a new appreciation of God’s people.
